December Holiday Cards (2018)

Here's my collection of my 2018 holiday cards that I made for my classmates after my end of year exams. These were pretty quickly made, but it was quite nice having to dedicate myself to a pretty large art project with the time I had.

Cool Beans (and more) (2018)

In between the creation of my holiday cards, I decided to complete a couple of sketches and coloured them in with a palette to provoke a certain mood.

Shell (2018)

The latest episode of Inanimate Insanity got uploaded pretty recently so I decided to draw up a full art piece based on what I watched. I was really experimenting with how I might be able to to do full-on pieces for art and I thought I'd like to go for something more sketchy in texture and whatnot. I hope to develop more in this art style, to be honest. I'm really enjoying it.

Sitting and Chilling (2018)

A while back, I asked on DeviantArt for some object show fan-art ideas and one of the suggestions I got given was that I draw some art of the characters Knife and Pickle. I'm not really into drawing anything too romantic myself, but I did attempt to imply.
I'm not too proud how I positioned Knife on the sofa, but the colours and whatnot managed to save the piece, I guess.

Why would you wear socks outdoors? (2018)

I was being pretty experimental with the line art and textures here. I got a lot of my inspiration from [this artist] and I really love their work; so much that I did some observations and tried mimicking some aspects from their style and adding it to mine. I also wanted to attempt doing a piece from a high angle and I found it successful and not as distorted as I would usually expect.

Reverend of Moralton (2018)

About a year ago I got into the show Moral Orel and for whatever reason, I really enjoyed watching the character, Rod Putty, reverend of Moralton. It's about time I made some digital art on it. It's nothing too special, but I do like the colours here.

Fancy Meeting You Here! (2018)

Here, I was having an attempt at lighting from behind. It was quite difficult since I hadn't really studied lighting as much as I should have but even until now I'm still quite satisfied with the result.

Progress on Chapter 6 (2018)

At the moment I'm writing this, I'm currently working on a fairly large comic project called Documentary Days. When I drew this piece, the first draft of chapter 6's script was taking longer than expected so I decided to break the fourth wall for a bit.

Space Sucks! (2018)

I was looking through my old sketchbooks one day and I came across an old character named Mihanye that I made back in possibly 2015. I attempted to make the design influenced by an underrated game franchise, Spectrobes, but it didn't turn out as well back them.
Recently I had an attempt at redesigning the character and they turned into a completely different character but still with that Spectrobes influence. This is the result.
