This was a piece for an unfinished challenge that I gave up on. Here, I was actually going to finish the background but it was getting too complicated. Luckily for me, it was already turning out to be a real neat experimental piece.

I tried to get back into pixel art when I drew this, and though the process was long, I quite enjoyed myself. I hardly used these kinds of colours when I drew this so this was also a bit of an experiment. I also didn't know how to draw trees very well, but that doesn't matter now.

This was drawn on MS Paint with a couple of colour tweaks from Paint Tool SAI.

I was feeling very experimental one day and this was the outcome. I tried going for a more mature kind of look here. Not that it's mature content, it's just the colours are more likely to appeal more mature viewers. I was pretty happy with how the lines and colours turned out in this one.
